【摘要】 给正常大鼠补充维生素D₃500、1000和2000 IU/kg,24小时后测定空肠和迴肠锌吸收动力学的变化。补充维生素D使空肠锌吸收速率常数发生不同程度的增大,速率常数K₂₁/K₁₂比值也增大,锌吸收率随维生素D剂量的增加而增大。补充维生素D对迴肠的作用不明显。结果表明,给正常大鼠补充维生素D₃可促进空肠锌吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of supplement of small dose of vitamin D₃ on kinetics of zinc absorption of jejunum and ileum was studied with normal rats. Supplement of 500IU/kg vitamin D₃ increased the zinc absorption microconstants of jejunum, K₂₁ and K₁₂ by 57% and 72%, respectively; supplement of 1000 IU/kg increased K₂₁ by 21%; supplement of 2000 IU/kg increased K₂₁ and K₀₂, by 50% and 33%, respectively.K₂₁ and K₁₂ of ileum in 500 IU/kg vitamin D₃ group was 70% and 80% greater than that in control group, respectively; K₂₁ and K₁₂ of lieum in 1000IU/kg group was 80% and 88% greater than that of control group, respectively; K₂₁, K₁₂ and K₀₂ of ileum in 2000IU/kg group was 180%, 238% and 25% greater than that in control group, respectively.Supplement of vitamin D₃ 500, 1000 and 2000IU/kg increased the K₂₁/K₁₂ ratioes of jejunum by 23%, 23% and 69%; respectively, but the ratioes of ileum were similar betwween groups.
