【摘要】 本文报告104例口腔颌面部肿瘤使用光动力疗法初步观察;其中唇癌50例,口腔癌31例、面部18例和5例颌骨、上颌窦。94例可以评价疗效中;特效62例(65.96％)、显效2例、有效25例(26.4％),无效5例(5.32％),总有效率94.69％。特效病例中4例一年内复发、4例8个月内颌下淋巴结转移。10例手术后4～72小时光镜和荧光显微镜检查看到:(1)肿瘤细胞变性坏死;(2)血管内血栓形成;(3)肿瘤间质内的淋巴细胞浸润。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the use of PDT in the treatment of 104 cases of oral and maxillofacial cancer and precancer. The sites involved were as follows: lip, 50 cases; oral cavity, 31 cases; face, 18 cases and 5 cases located in jaws and maxillary sinus.Therapeutic results were evaluated in 94 cases, the results were: CR-62 cases (65.96%); SR-2 cases; PR-25 cases (26.4%); and NR-5 cases (5.32%). The overall effectiveness was 94.69%. All the CR cases had been followed: 4 cases recurred within one year and 4 cases metastasized to submandibular lymph nodes within 8 months.The specimens of 10 cases had been examined by microsopy and fluorescent microscopy 4-72 hrs after operation. The following phenomena were seen: (1)degeneration and necrosis of tumor cells (2)thrombosis of blood vessels; (3) interstitial lymphocytic infiltration. These demonstrated that the mechanism of PDT is probably multiple, including direct killing of tumor cells, indirect effect on tumor cells by thrombosis of blood vessels, and immunological effect as shown by lymphocytic infiltration.更多还原
