电子自旋共振研究鸡胚细胞核膜和胚下卵黄颗粒膜在胚胎发育期的有序程度和流动性

【摘要】 <正> 本文用电子自旋共振(ESR)研究和比较了鸡胚细胞核膜和卵黄颗粒膜在胚胎发育阶段脂类分子的有序性和流动性。 实验结果表明鸡胚细胞核膜和胚下卵黄颗粒膜上脂类分子的有序参数是有差异的,前者的序参数值S小,而后者的S值大,这表明胚细胞核膜上脂肪分子的流动性大而卵黄颗粒膜的脂肪分子流动性小,可能由于胚细胞及其核在胚胎发育期分裂速度快使其膜系
【Abstract】 In This paper, We studied the degree of order and fluidity of the lipid molecules on the membranes of embryo cell nuclears and yolk granules under the embryo with spin labeled fatty acid by ESR. The result showed that the order parameter S of nuclear membrane was smaller than that of yolk granule membrane in icating that the fluidity of the former was larger than the latter. It is probable that the nuclear membrane of embryo cell was unstable while the membrane of yolk granules was at the steady states, because the former will reassemble after cell division.
