【摘要】 报告4例正常声带及声带鳞状细胞癌的电镜观察结果。扫描电镜正常人声带与鳞癌细胞间形态学区别在于癌细胞表面膨大,不光滑,有不规则的类微绒毛样结构存在,细胞间接触减少且境界不清。应用扫描电镜可能早期发现喉癌和评价某些解剖异常。透射电镜:癌细胞核呈波纹状曲折或齿状凸出,细胞质內有较多张力原纤维,细胞间有发育良好的桥粒连接,癌间质细胞中可见较多淋巴细胞和浆细胞。目前认为是机体免疫功能增强的表现,其多数预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four specimens of vocal cord carcinoma were studied with scanning microscope.The morphologic features of the tumor cells were characterized by swelling of the squamous cancer cells with uneven surfaces and irregularity of the mi-crovilli and microridges,which might be of help for early diagnosis.Under electron microscopic observation it was found that the nuclear membrane of the tumor cells was wave-like in appearance.There were many tension fibrils in the cytoplasm with well developed desmosomes. Lymphocytes and plasma cells were found, serving as signs of immune activity and better prognosis.更多还原
