【摘要】 成年日本大耳白雄兔行双侧输精管结扎手术。实验结果表明,各月份血浆睾酮测定值与对照组比较无显著差异。按血清抗精子抗体滴度分组,比较各组家兔血浆睾酮水平,显示血浆睾酮水平与血清抗精子抗体滴度无相关。睾丸间质细胞计数观察结果是,结扎组与对照组比较无显著差异。证明输精管结扎对血浆睾酮无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-one male rabbits were bilaterally vasectomized and observed for I-12 months, with 6 normal male rabbits as the control. No difference was found in the levels of plasma testosterone between the vasectomized and the control rabbits. No correlation was found between the titre of the antibodies to sperm antigen and the levels of plasma testosterone in the vasectomized rabbits. The number of Leydig cells was 3.59 ± 2.72/× 40 in the vasectomized rabbits and 3.65 ± 3.39/× 40 in the control rabbits.The above data show that vasectomy does not affect the levels of plasma testosterone and the number of Leydig cells in the testes.更多还原
