窑池内玻璃液流动和传热的二维数学模型
Two-Dimensional Mathematical Model of the Flow and Heat Transfer in Glass Tank Furnaces
【摘要】 基于对玻璃液流动和传热过程机理的认识,建立了窑池内玻璃液流动和传热的二维数学模型。根据生产实际情况制定了边界条件,运用有限差分法计算了某浮法窑玻璃液的温度场和速度场。其计算结果与物理模型试验结果和实测数据基本一致。
【Abstract】 On the basis of understanding of the mechanism of the flow & heat transfer, a two-dimensional mathematical model of the flow and heat transfer in glass tank furnaces was proposed. The boundary conditions were determined in accordance with the actual situation of production. The temperature and velocity profiles of the glass melt in a float glass tank furnace were computed by finite difference method. The results obtained from mathematical model were in good agreement with both obtained from physical model and measured on a full-scale tank furnace.
