【摘要】 本文报告从出生至19岁北京市区小儿与青少年1981名的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的调查结果,分析了生长发育过程中的血脂变动规律,并与国外资料作了比较,指出我国儿童的特点,报告了血脂异常的检出率,估计家族性高胆固醇血症不少于0.24%。本资料可对动脉粥样硬化一级预防和儿童营养研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The total serum cnotesterot, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were studied in 1981 in cases from birth to 19 years of age. The variation of serum lipids in various age groups is analysed and compared with similar studies in foreign countries. The prevalence of lipid abnormalities is reported and it is estimated that the incidence of familial hypercholesterolemia is no less than 0.24%. The statistical data provided in this report should be useful in the study of the nutrition of children, pediatric care, and the primary prevention of atherosclerosis in China.更多还原
