【摘要】 本文报道应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测大兴县两个大队867名HBV感染标记,HBV总感染率为50.98%[单纯HB_SAg(+)10.6%,单纯抗-HB_S(+)16.6%,单纯抗-HB_C(+)23.8%],HB_SAg、抗-HB_S和抗-HB_C的男女性及年龄组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。HB_SAg、抗-HB_S和抗-HB_C在家庭内分布,呈明显的家庭聚集状态。HB_SAg阳性者在家庭中感染关系间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of ELISA testing for HBV marker detection are reported. Sera from 867 persons in two brigades from Daxing county were tested. The total rate of infection with HBV was 50.98 per cent. In the groupings, 10.6% were only HBsAg positive; 16.60% were only anti-HBs positive; 23.8% were only anti-HBc positive. There were no significant differences based on sex or age (P>0.05). The distribution of HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc in the status and clustering of families was observed. There were markedly significant differences in the modes of contamination in HBsAg positive families (P<0.01).更多还原
