【摘要】 本文报道了用散瞳-睫状肌麻痹剂——国产复方托品酰胺对123例150只眼做临床观察,并与进口药和1%阿托品做了对照。结果点本药1滴后5～15分钟瞳孔开始散大,15～30分钟最大,持续1～2小时,4～9小时恢复正常,为检影验光只需点眼4次。对各年龄组均适用。对远视检影验光与1%阿托品对照有79%的病例结果相同,但用于高度远视眼尚应作进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tropicamide compound is a Chinese manufactured mydriatic cyeloplegic. Its use was studied in 123 patients 150 eyes; imported mydrine and 1% atropine preparations were used for controls. The study revealed that with one drop of tropicamide compound the pupil began to dilate at from five to 15 minutes and reached maximum dilatation 15-30 minutes. The dilatation persisted for one to two hours and returned to normal size in four to nine hours.In general, four drops were sufficient for retinoscopy. The compound was effective in all age groups and in various refractive conditions. For retinoseopic examination in hyperopia, it demonstrated effectiveness similar to 1% atropine in 79% of cases. Further clinical study for severe cases of hyperopia should still be pursued.更多还原
