【摘要】 PG05（d1-15甲基PGF₂α甲酯栓剂）是PGF₂α的一种衍生物。我院曾对274例孕妇采用PG05进行药物流产,单纯用药的流产成功率为60.8%,其中完全流产率为44.8%;合用丙酸睾丸酮后,流产成功率达到92.0%,完全流产率亦上升到81.4%,两组之间有非常显著性差异（P<0.001）。妊娠≤8周者合并用药后,流产成功率高达95.2%,完全流产率为87.3%,且流产时间短,副反应少,用药量小。更多还原

【Abstract】 PG05 vaginal suppository is a derivative of PGF2a. Two hundred seventy four cases of first and second trimester pregnancy were terminated by using PG05 in this study. The success rate was 60.8 per cent, complete abortion rate was 44.8 per cent with PG05 alone. When 150-300mg of testosterone propionate was administered prior to application of the PG05, however, the success rate rose to 92.0 per cent, and the complete abortion rate increased to 81.4 per cent. There was a significant statistical difference between the usage of PG05 alone and its combined usage with testosterone propionate (P<0.001). Pregnancies of less than eight weeks resulted in a 95.2 per cent success rate and an 87.3 per cent complete abortion rate. In addition, the course of treatment was shortened, side effects were decreased and the dosage was reduced. Because of the demonstrated effectiveness of this regimen of medical abortion, it has received a high level of acceptability.更多还原
