【摘要】 下腔静脉隔膜阻塞症颇罕见,近4年来我们收治15例,13例伴布—加氏综合征,2例伴下腔静脉阻塞综合征,前者中有12例行手指破膜或隔膜切除、下腔静脉或肠系膜上静脉—右房转流等治疗,1例隔膜中央有小孔,支持先天性发病学说。我们主张对隔膜下伴血栓形成或手指破膜失败者采用肠—房转流术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava is considered to be a rare entity. Nevertheless, there have been 15 cases confirmed by vena cavography or autopsy at our hospitals in the past four years. Of the 15 cases, 13 were associated with Budd-Chiari syndrome and two with vena cava occlusion syndrome. Twelve of the cases related to Budd-Chiari syndrome were treated by membranotomy or membranectomy, cavoatrial or mesoatrial shunt, etc. One case of membranous obstruction with a central opening was discovered in this series and a congenital etiology was favored. The mesoatrial shunt was advocated for those cases with secondary thrombosis of inferior vcna cava or those with failure of finger membranotomy.更多还原
