双基和改性双基推进剂脆化温度研究
INVESTIGATION ON THE BRITTLE TEMPERATURE OF DB AND CMDB PROPELLANTS
【摘要】 本文是在研究了改性双基和双基推进剂玻璃化温度T_g之后,对脆化温度进行了研究。分别采用冲击试验,拉伸试验方法,对-100℃到+60℃温度范围内冲击强度与温度关系,-80℃到0℃范围内屈服强度σ_Y,断裂强度σ_b与温度关系进行分析,并根据冲击试样断面的脆韧转变现象,确定了脆韧转变温度。
【Abstract】 The brittle temperature Tb of CMDB and DB was determined by impact and tensile test. Relations between impact strength and temperature, yield stress, break stress and temperature were analysed respectively under the temperature ranges of - 100℃-60℃ and - 80℃-0℃.Brittle-toughness transition phenomena on the cross-sections of specimens were investigated carefully. Method for fixing the brittle temperature of DB and CMDB is suggested.
