用端面阿基米德螺槽代替螺杆输送熔融塑料的可行性估计
The Possibility of Using Archimedean Channel for Conveying Melting Polymers
【摘要】 本文建立了熔融塑料在阿基米德螺槽中运动的数学模型,给出其速度分布和压力分布的计算方法。结果肯定了用端面阿基米德螺槽代替螺杆输送熔融塑料的可行性。
【Abstract】 The mathematical model of dynamic viscous polymer melts in an Archimedcan channel is established, and a numerical method for solving the distribution of pressure and velocity is given. The results obtained show that it is possible to use the Archimedean channel instead of screws for conveying melting polymers.
