The Characteristic of Ultra-Micro Particler and Development of Manufacture Technology
【摘要】 介绍了高纯超细粉体的特性和应用,讨论了它们对材料性能的影响,并对高纯超细粒体制造技术的进展作了评述。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the Characteristics and application Prospects of ultra-micro particles. The impact of ultra-micro particles on the property of material is investigated. The development of the manufacture technology is also reviewed.
