绕丹宁与β-羟基-α-萘甲醛反应的研究
Reaction of Rhodanine with β-hydroxy-α-naphthaldehyde Derivatives
【摘要】 绕丹宁和β-羟基-α-苯甲醛在乙醇胺的存在下进行反应,可以得到3,3′-二硫代-双苯并[f]香豆素(Ⅲ),当(Ⅲ)在有锌粉存在下于醋酸溶液中进行还原可以得到还原产物3-巯基苯并[f]香豆素(Ⅳ),(Ⅳ)与丙烯腈,丙烯酸甲酯进行Micael加成反应则得到相应的化合物(Ⅴ)和(Ⅵ)。
【Abstract】 By the reaction of Rhodanine and β-hydroxy-a-naphthaldehyde in the presence of diethanolamine, the 3,3-dithiobisbenzo(f)-Coumarin(Ⅲ) were prepared. When the compound(Ⅲ) reacts with zine dust in the acetic acid solution, (Ⅲ) can be reduced to the compound(IV), (IV) reacted with various michael acceptors, such as acryloni-trile and methyl acrylate, the expected products(V) and (VI) are obtained.
