稀土—偶氮氯膦Ⅰ极谱络合吸附波的研究(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 在0.1M NH3-NH4Cl缓冲底液中,偶氮氯膦Ⅰ(CPAI)在示波极谱上有一良好的还原波P1,加入稀土后P1峰高降低,并在更负的电位上产生络合吸附波P2。P2峰高与稀土浓度有良好的线性关系,用来测定镨,检测下限可达7×10-7M。轻、重稀土有类似的响应。用本方法测定黄瓜样品中的微量铕,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 In 0.1M NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution at pH9.0, Chlorophosphonazo I (CPAI) gives a reduction peak P1 at -0.55V (SCE) in single-sweep polarography. When rare earth elements (except So3+) was added, P1 decreased and a new peak appeared at more negative potential. The change of peak heights of the derivative of P2 is linear in the concentration range of 7×10-7M to 2×10-5M with rare earth elements. The composition of the complex has been determined to be 1:1. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace Europium in" Water-Cultured" cucumber plant.
