利用不动细菌处理向阳化工厂含酚废水

【摘要】 由向阳化工厂括性污泥中分离出二株不动细菌(Acinetobacter)41号和78号。这二株菌在实验室条件下能将200mg/L的苯酚在6小时内降解完毕,或将300mg/L的苯酚在8小时内降解完毕。降解苯酚的温度宜在20—30℃之间,以25℃最适;降解苯酚的pH为7.0—7.5。随着细菌生长速度的加快,降解苯酚的速度也随之相应增快,以对数生长期的菌具最大降解速度。经过苯酚驯化的细菌比未经驯化者降解率要高得多。看来这两株菌有希望应用于含酚化工污水的处理。

【Abstract】 Two strains of Acinetbacter No 41 and No 78 were isolated from the activated sludge of Xiangyang Chemical Industrial Plant. These two strains of bacteria could decompose 200 mg/L phenol within six hours or 300 mg/L within eight hours completely under laboratory conditions. Temperature for the decomposition took place between 20-30℃, and the optimum was 25℃; pH value for the decomposition took place at 7.0-7.5. The rate of decomposition increased with the rate of growth correspondingly and the maximum rate took place at the log phase of growth. The bacteria acclimatized with phenol had much higher degrading efficiency than the un-acclimatized one. It seems that these two strains of bacteria may be useful in chemical industrial wastewater treatment.
