磷酸氢钙共沉淀法除去磷酸氢二铵中微量的铁和铅
Removal of Micro-impurities Fe3+ and Pb2+from (NH4)2HPO4 by Their Coprecipitationwith CaHPO4.2H2O
【摘要】 本文研究了用CaHPO4·2H2O共沉淀法除去(NH4)2HPO4中微量的Fe和Pb。通过对沉淀的温度、搅拌时间、陈化时间、氯化钙浓度、钙磷克原子比等沉淀条件的研究,使(NH4)2HPO4中Fe和Pb的含量由各为5ppm左右,分别下降至0.6ppm和0.3ppm以下。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a method of removal of micro-impurities of Fe and Pb from(NH4)2 HPO4 by their coprecipitation with CaHPO4.2H2O was studied. The most favorable conditions for this purification procedure have been worked out, such as temperature of precipitation, time of agitation and ageing, the concentration of the precipitating agent CaCl2 solution, the atomic ratio of Ca/P and so on. The contents of Fe and Pb in (NH4)2HPO4 can be decreased from about 5ppm to less than 0.6ppm and 0.3ppm, respectively.
