BaFBr:Ce3+的发光特性
Luminescence Properties of Ce3+-activated BaFBr
【摘要】 研究了Ce3+在BaFBr基质中的发光性质。根据不同激发(发射)条件下的发射(激发)光谱,鉴别出BaFBr:Ce3+具有两种不同的发光中心。对发射光谱中的发射峰作了高斯峰分解,发现BaFBr:Ce3+的发射峰是成对出现的双峰,分别对应于Ce3+的两种不同的发光中心。它们可归属为2D3/2低能级到2F5/2,2F7/2的双基态的跃迁。 实验表明,BaFBr:Ce3+具有较好的发光性质,可以用作X射线或光致发光材料。
【Abstract】 Trivalent cerium activated BaFBr phosphors have been synthesized and investigated. From the photo-and X-ray excited fluorescence spectra we know that there exist two sets of emission bands. Each of them consists of two main emission peaks. As monitoring at these two sets of emission bands the phosphor shows two sets of absorption bands in the excitation spectra.Therefore it is reasonably to assume that there might be two kinds of luminescence centers which are responsible for such emmission and excitation correspondence. These above mentioned emissions may be ascribed to the transitions from the lowest excited state 2D3/2 of two Ce3 + -centers to their ground states 2F5/2 and 2F7/2 respectively.BaFBr:Ce3+ is an efficient photo- and roentgeno-luminophor.
