【摘要】 本文论述了把握人的价值观与其行为关系,对有效地实行方针目标管理具有重要作用,既可强化企业的目标意识,又能推动管理系统的各个环节,并能促进企业目标的实现和企业成员素质的提高。通过分析作为人的主观意识的价值观形成的客观基础、价值观对人的行为的导向以及人的行为对价值观的影响,指出,社会主义企业职工应树立科学的价值观,正确处理国家、集体和个人三者利益关系,奋发向上,在创造社会价值中实现人的自身价值。又强调,要在实行方针目标管理中不断提高人的价值观水平,激励人的积极行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with that it is very significant for effectively carrying out the management by objective by well understanding the value judgement and the relevant behaviour of humans so as not only to strengthen the enterprises’s policy-objective consciousness but also invigorate the various factors of the management system,thus speeding up the realization of the enterprise’s objective(goal)and the raise of the quality of its members.This paper points out that the workers and staff members of a socialist enterprise should set up an active value judgement,correctly handle the relationship of interest between the state,the collective(community)and the indi- vidual,and go all out to contribute to the realization of human’s value during the process of creation of social value as a whole.This paper stresses that in the course of carrying out the MBO,the human’s value judgement level should continuously be raised and the human’s active behavionr ought to be inspired all the time.更多还原
