【摘要】 本文对开关电容电路分析与设计方法的发展作一综述,并对各种设计和分析方法进行叙述和比较,说明了它们的区别及等效关系。对处理运算放大器非理想特性的补偿方法也做了简要的讨论,同时给出了相应的电路。最后,提出了本课题的几个研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,an overview of the key developments in the design and analysis techniques of switched capacitor ciruit is given;various techniques for switched—capacitor circuits have been described and compared;the differences and equivalences between those techniques have been demonstrated;compensation techniques for handly nonideal op—amp are also discussed briefly;and the useful circuits are given.
