雄性水狼蛛生殖球顶部的扫描电镜研究

【摘要】 本文对我国已知的十一种水狼蛛(蜘蛛目:狼蛛科)生殖球顶部用扫描电镜进行了研究。结果表明,水狼蛛属蜘蛛插入器细长,其后端位于顶突上一突起的凹槽内,顶突作为功能引导器保护着插入器,而无其他狼蛛属具有的次生真正引导器;顶突的形状和其上的突起、顶突与插入器的相互关系对于种的分类与鉴定,特别是对于近似种的区分有较大的参考价值,但仅根据插入器从顶部升起的位置来作为分新属的主要标准,笔者认为还值得商榷和进一步探讨。

【Abstract】 The terminal parts of the male bulbs of eleven Pirata spp. have been studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The conformation of the terminal parts of the eleven male bulbs are described in detail. Terminal part differs in various lycosid genera. In genus Pirata, the terminal part in all its species is concealed by the tegulum and the median apophysis except the Pirata meridiondls Tanaka. The embolus of the male is long and its tip lies in a groove on a process of the terminal apophysis which becomes a functional conductor. The secondary true conductor does not exist in the male of genus Pirata.The configuration of terminal pan of male bulb is found to be of taxonomic importance. The shape and the process of the terminal apophysis, the relationship of the embolus and the terminal apophysis are of much value in the identification of species and distinguishing the related species. Hence the author thinks that Pirata praedatoria Schenkel is newly synonymized with Pirata piratoides (Rose. et Str.).The relationship of the embolus and the terminal apophysis has been considered as main characteristic of a new genus in previous literature. The author is inclined to think that this viewpoint is worth further studying. The relationship of the embolus and the terminal apophysis differs in various species. The location of the terminal part of male bulb in Pirata mar-xi could be considered as a special characteristic of the species, not a character of the new genus.
