【摘要】 本文对我院人类精子库的建立及应用做了初步报道。从1985年1月至1986年2月我库用超低温冻贮精液实施供精人工授精(AID)118例,确知怀孕及生育者33例。文章介绍了人工授精的实施方法,并结合我国国情,对精子库的建立、管理、应用以及AID涉及的问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establisment and applications of our human sperm bank (HSB) are reported. From Jan of 1985 to Feb of 1986, 118 wifes, totally 181 menstrual cycles were inseminated with cryopreserved donor semen, and 33 pregnancies were proved. The process of artificial insemination is discribed, and some key points dealing with the management and applications of HSB are emphasized and discussed in detail.更多还原
