【摘要】 本文重点阐述呼吸道异物的发病年龄、季节、异物种类及发病部位。同时讨论了诊断要点,对有异物误入史、临床出现呼吸道症状的患者,有行气管镜检查的必要,不但能明确诊断,吸除气管分泌物亦有治疗作用。小儿食道异物压迫环后隙,同样可出现呼吸道异物的症状,应予警惕。对呼吸道异物取出过程中,成功与否及采取何种麻醉方法提出看法。为了减少术后并发症的出现,术前应用氟美松及阿托品有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study is reported of foreign bodies in the respiratory tract, with emphasis OD the onset age, the kinds, the position of foreign bodies and diagnostic essentials. We take the view that those who have a history of inhalation of foreign bodies and have respiratory tract symptomes should be undertaken tracheoscopy, which not only confirm the diagnosis but also remove the ecretions to Provide symptomatic treatment.
