【摘要】 本文报道了我院1979～1986年收治的6例眼眶神经鞘瘤,均有手术病理诊断。其中良、恶性各3例。结合文献复习,重点描述了该肿瘤的X线表现。在X线表现上,作者建议将该肿瘤分为三型,即锥内型、锥外型、外侵型。并指出锥外型有比较特征性的X线表现,外侵型为恶性征象。文中还讨论了本病的鉴别诊断问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six histologically-prOved Orbital neurilemmomas in 1979-1986 are reported. Among them 3 cases are malignant, 3 cases benign. The relevant literature is reviewed with emphasis on X-ray manifestations. IntracOnal, extraconal, invasion are suggested as the three Patterns for radiological classification. In the extracOnal type, the X-ray appearance is quite characteristic, and the vasion one shows a malignant sign. The differential diagnosis from other diseases causing Orbital changes is also discussed.更多还原
