光照强度与棉株性状间的关联

【摘要】 增加光能利用是增加棉田产量可供探索的一条途径。1984~85年在院农场棉田研究光强对泗棉二号(陆地棉)主要营养器官和生殖器官的影响。棉田盛花期光强大于初花期和吐絮期。棉田最大叶面积系数的大小和分布,影响光能立体利用,棉株基部层(21~40厘米)光强大于光补偿点,才有利于结铃。不同密度棉田光强间差异对棉株营养器官影响小,对生殖器官影响大。光强与株高为负相关,与单株子棉重为正相关。这种正相关主要是通过增加株铃数、单铃重、果枝数的间接效应取得。最优回归方程y(单株子棉重)=-101.61+1.32x1(光强)+0.24x2(果枝数)+5.10x4(株铃数)+18.82x6(单铃重),计算理论值与观察值基本相吻合。

【Abstract】 Studies in Cultivar Simin2 (泗棉2号)of G.hirsutum L.were carvied out at College Farm, Heife to investigate the association between light intensity and some cha racters viz.height of the plant in cms, number of sympodial branches per plant, number of nodesper plant, number of bolls per plant, weight of boll in grams, and yield of seedcottonper plant in grams. It was observed that the characters, number of sympodia and nodesper plant, bolls per plant, boll weight and seedcotton weight per plant were significantlyand positively correlated to light intensity, whereas plant heigh was negatively, but non--significantly correlated to light intensity. The regression coefficient reveals tha unitincrease of light intensity (1000 lux) results in an increase of- 6.7 cms plant height, in an increase of 1.62 sympodial branchs, 9 nodes per plant, 3.87 bolls per plant,0.29 gram boll weight and 18.12grams seedcotton per plant. The analysis of correlationand path-coefficience shows that the direct effect of light intnsity on seedcotton perplant is very weak, but indirecl effect through plant bolls, boll weight and sympodial branches is very strong. In addition, a stepwise multiple regression equation for thesestudies is fitted as:y=-101.6130+1.3209x1+0.2781x2+5. 1012x4+18.8241x6 where, x1=lightintensity in lux, x2=number of sympodial branches, x4=number of bolls per plant, x6=weight of boll in gram, y=weight of seedcotton per plant in gram.
