【摘要】 1983至1985三年间,在合肥市安徽农学院试验农场,研究了陆地棉四个杂交组合的纤维长度、细度、强度和断裂长度的遗传力,遗传相关和选择指数。结果表明:长度、细度的遗传力属于中等,强度、断裂长度的遗传力偏低;强度与断裂长度表现出极显著的正相关,而与细度则成中等程度的负相关。利用选择指数进行选择,选择效率有随参加选择性状数的增加而提高的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was carried out in the experimental farm of Anhui Agricultural Collegefor 3 years through 1983, 1984 and 1985. The characters studied involved fiber length,fineness, strength and breaking length of 4 crosses, and the effect of years, interactionbetween years and genotypes, heritability, genetic correlation and selection index in tho-se characters were estimated. The results show that there are significant effects of yearsand interactions between the years and genotypes in all characters studied.The fiber lengthand fineness have a median heritability and strength and breaking length show a low he-ritability. Hence, it seems easier to select the formers than the latters in cotton breedingwork. A significant positive correlation between the fiber strength and breaking lengthand a median negative correlation between the strength and fineness were found in thisstudy. In selecting those characters by selection index, the efficiency of selection is dir-ectly proportional to the number of charactrs selected.更多还原
