【摘要】 无腺体棉生产是开发利用棉籽蛋白的最有效方法。笔者通过育种实践认为:（1）从已育成的无腺体品种（系）说明,其产量和纤维品质可达到有腺体棉的水平;（2）在杂交方式中,如果无腺体亲本农艺性状和适应性差,应采用复合杂交。利用无腺体棉品种（系）间杂交,有利于集中进行农艺性状的选择;（3）从无腺体性状的感虫和棉籽食用应少施农药考虑,无腺体棉应选育抗虫品种,无花外蜜腺是比较理想的抗虫性状;（4）无腺体棉品种的无腺体性状,其基因型应是gl₂gl₂gl₃gl₃,该性状的纯度亦应作为评价品种的重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The production of glandless cotton is an effective way for the exploitionand utilization of cotton-seed protein. It is only shortly more than ten yearssince glandless cotton breeding work started in China. Our practice shows that:（1） yields and quality of the glandless cotton varieties raised have provenpossible to reach the same levels as those of ordinary Commercial varieties;（2） when the agronomic characters and adaptation of glandless parent are infe-rior, it is better to use composite crossing,and crossing between two glandlessparents could be used for concentrated selection for agronomic characters;（3） since glandless varieties usually are not resistant to insect infestation,breeding for insect resistant varieties may be taken into consideration, andextra-flower nectary glandless character can be considered as an ideal characterfor insect resistance; （4） The genotype of glandless character is known asgl₂gl₂gl₃gl₃, and the purity of the character is an important basis for evaluatingglandless varieties.更多还原
