【摘要】 原发咽淋巴环(Waldeyer ring)恶性淋巴瘤总五年生存率为37.2％(32/86)。影响五年生存率主要因素是病期Ⅰ期的五年生存率为53.1％(17/32)Ⅱ期为30.6％(15/49)、Ⅰ、Ⅱ期生存率之间有明显差异(P<0.05)。病变部位,病理、放射治疗剂量对疗效的影响关系不大。照射范围:ⅠⅡ期病例照射部位应包括咽淋巴环和全颈,Ⅲ期病例应包括咽淋巴环,全颈和全腹腔放射最常见转移和复发部位为腹块、占转移、复发病例22.7％(5/22),复发和转移出现时间大多数54.6％(12/22)于放疗后一年内出现,最长一例为16年出现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The primary malignant lymphoma of Waldeyer’s ring indicates themalignant lesion which originates from lymphoid tissue of the nasopharynx, soft-palate, tonsil and/or the base of tongue. 86 cases of proved malignant lymphoma of Waldeyer’s ring pathologically during Jan. 1964 through Nov. 1979 in our hospital are reviewed.1. The 5-year survival rate is 37.2% (32/86).2. The survival rate correlates to the stage of disease. The 5-year survival of stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ are 53.1% (17/32) and 30.6% (15/49) respectively (p<0.005). The locations of disease, pathological types and treatment doses do not affect the survival rate significantly (p>0.05).3. Range of radio-field: For stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ, the Waldeyer’s ring and the whole cervical lymphoid chain should be irradiated. For stage Ⅲ, in addition to the Waldeyer’ s ring, all of the neck and abdomen irradiation is preferable.4. Most of the metastases are revealed as abdominal mass. It appears in 22.7% of ta-tal metastatic and recurrent cases. Most of the recurrences or metastases appeared within one year but only one case in 16 years after radiation therapy.更多还原
