【摘要】 本文以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌诱变性试验对广东省大埔矿泉公司生产的西岩矿泉水进行检查。结果表明,该矿泉水无诱变性。在培养基中加入矿泉水后,3.4—苯并芘(对TA100)、硝基喹啉氧化物(对TA98,TA100)、丝裂霉素C(对TA102)和紫外线(对TA102)诱发的回变菌数显著减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 The west rocky spring mineral water produced byDabu mineral water Co., Guangdong was examined by mean’s of salmonella muiagenic?city test. Results indicated that the mneral water tested was not mutagenic. The revertants induced by 3, 4-benzo(a) pyrene (with TA100), 4-nitroquinoline?N-oxide (with TA98, TA100), mitomycinc (with TA102) and ultraviolet ray (with TA102) were significantly decreased when the mineral water was added to the medium.更多还原
