【摘要】 作者研究了醇基涂料的耐火材料、分散剂、粘结剂和悬浮剂。提出了三种酶基涂料悬浮剂,即以膨润土为基础的CX-1;以锂变性膨润士为基础的CX-2;以有机改性膨润土为基础的CX-3。这三种悬浮剂都能与各种耐火材料配制出性能优良的醇基涂料。论述了醇基涂料的喷涂工艺,和用于树脂自硬砂、湿型时应采取的工艺措施。该醇基涂料在沈阳拖拉机厂使用后,铸件表面光洁度比原来提高1~2级,铸件成本和能源消耗都比原工艺降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThe refractory fillers, carrier liquids, binders and suspension agents of alcohol based coatings are investigated in this paper-Three new types of suspension agentsi ex?,based on bentonite, ex?, based on Li-bentonite, and ex?, based on organical bentonite are proposed- These suspension agents all can be mixed with different refractory fillers to obtain high quality alcohol based coatings.The brushing techniques and other related techniques of alcohol based coatings applied to resin cold-set mould and green sand mould are proposed.Practical experience of the proposed alcohol coatings in Shenyang Trator Works shows that these coatings can improve the casting surface finish 1? grade, and reduce energy consumption and the production cost of castings.更多还原
