【摘要】 本文报告应用放射性同位素源激发 X 射线分析技术,对35例老年男性冠心病患者(肾虚证10例、血瘀证25例)作头发中钙和锶、铅、锌、铜、镍、铁、锰七种微量元素的检测,结果老年冠心病患者肾虚组发锌值显著低于血瘀组和健康对照组(P<0.01)。对锌等微量元素在老年冠心病肾虚患者中的作用,进行了初步讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the determination of hair Ca and seven kinds of trace elements—Sr,Pb,Zn,Cu,Ni, Fe and Mn with proton exciting X-ray analysis in 35 senile male patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),their syndrome differentiation of TCM being kidney deficiency syndrome(10 cases)and blood stasis syndrome(25 cases).It was compared with those healthy aged persons.The results showed that the hair Zn of senile CHD kidney,deficiency group was markedly lower than that of blood stasis group and senile healthy control group(P<0.01).A preliminary discussion on the possible action of trace elements—zinc etc. on senile CHD kidney deficiency patients was made.更多还原
