水剂法制取菜籽油和饲用菜籽蛋白的研究报告
A Report on the Study of Extraction of Rapeseed Oil and Feed Rapeseed Protein by the Process of Water Agent
【摘要】 水剂法菜籽加工工艺,菜籽出油效率达90—92%,油色浅、油品质量高,含硫量低至2.6ppm,利于油脂氢化及其深加工;同时提取的脱毒饲用菜籽蛋白、赖氨酸等必需氨基酸成分保留完善,脱毒效果好,残毒量低,用其喂鸡试验,饲用安全,增重快,料肉比2.31,优于豆饼组2.84,即使添加量达25%,也无毒性反应.
【Abstract】 The adoption of water agent in the technology of rapeseed processing results in the. oil extraction rate of 90-92%, light oil colour, high oil quality and low sulphur content of 2.6ppm which is desirable in oil and fat hydrogenation and its refining.And what is none the less important, the extracted detoxicated feed rapeseed protein , and necessary amino acids like lysine keep perfect in constituents due to good detoxication performance and low remaining toxicity.When chickens are test-fed with this kind of protein, they gain weight in a safe and fast way, and the feed -meat ratio is 2.31,not so high as the ratio of 2.84 for the chickens fed with beancakes.And no toxicity; is to be witnessed even with an addition of this kindof feed protein, up 40 25%.
