【Abstract】 P21 protein is the oncogene product of ras gene. We analysed serum samples frompatients of liver cancer and Hepatitis B, and from normal control with SDS-PAGE,Western transfer and radioiodinated monoclonal anti-P21 antibody Y13-259. The resultsindicated the presence of P21-like proteine in 12 out of 39 liver cancer sera with molecularweight of 40, 44, 52, 60 and 66, in addition to 21K. In sera from 7 hepatitis patients and12 normal persons, no such band was detectable.更多还原
