利用离心力场对过共晶蠕墨铸铁初生石墨形态的研究
THE INVESTIGATION NO THE PRIMARY GRAPHITE MORPHOLOGY OF HYPEREUTECTIC COMPACTED GRAPHITE CAST IRON BY MEANS OF CENTRIFUGAL FORCE
【摘要】 本文利用离心力场能使初生石墨和共晶石墨分离并基本保持其初生形态的早期形状的特点,研究了用1~#稀土合金处理的过共晶蠕墨铸铁的初生石墨形态。文章指出,过共晶蠕墨铸铁的初生石墨形态随蠕化率不同而变化。在高蠕化率下,初生石墨的早期形态主要是“昆虫”状石墨。而在较低蠕化率下,其主要为球团状石墨。同时还指出,在蠕化剂加入量低的情况下,孕育处理有促进蠕虫状石墨形成的作用。
【Abstract】 ynopsis: In the present paper, the morphology of primary graphite has been studied in the hypereutectic compacted graphite cast iron treated with rare earth silicon alloy and solidified under centrifugal field. The centrifugal method is characteristic of separating the primary graphite from eutectic graphite and basically maintaining primary graphite morphology of its early stage in the studied hypereutectic cast iron. the results indicate that the morphology of primary compacted graphite changes according to the percentage of compacted graphite presented in the microstructure.The early stage morphology of "insect-like"graphite appears in the samples with high percentage compacted graphite. while in the samples with low percentage compacted graphite the early stage primary graphite presents predominantly spheroidal shape. It also indicates that the post inoculation is capable of promoting the formation of compacted graphite when the melt is under-treated.
