615系小鼠的四翼无刺线虫和鼠管状线虫感染

Studies on Infection of Aspiculuris tetraptera and Syphacia obvelata in 615 Inbred Strain Mice

【摘要】 本文报道了615系小鼠四翼无刺线虫和鼠管状线虫感染:在两个小鼠群体中,前者的感染率90.5%(57/63)和22.6%(7/31);后者感染率27.9%(17/61)和56.7%(17/30)。在12只剖检鼠内检获四翼无刺线虫成、童虫6,875条,鼠管状线虫成、童虫1,733条。结果表明615系小鼠对这两种线虫易感,且可反复再感染。

【Abstract】 In two populations of the inbred strain 615 mice, the infective conditions of two species of intestinal nematodes, Aspiculuris tetraptera and Syphacia obvelata, were studied by ovum-examination and autopsy. The infection rates of A. tetraptera were 90.5% (57/63) in one population, and 22.6% (7/31) in the other. The infection rates of S.obvelata were 27.9% (17/61) and 56.7% (17/30) in the two populations,respectively. In the autopsy of twelve dead mice, 6,875 adult and young worms of A.tetraptera and 1,733 adult and young worms of S.obvelata were found out. These results indicate that the inbred strain 615 mice are sensitive to these two nematodes, and that the mice can be reinfected repeatedly each other.
