【Abstract】 71 rats, weighing 180-250 g each, were used in this investigation. The results showed that Dan-Shen Injection could inhibit carrageenin-induced rat paw edema, zymosan stimulated β-g release from PMNs and neutrophil chemotaxis.The authors suggest that inhibition of lysosomal enzyme release and chemotaxis may be involved in the antiinflammatory effect of Dan-Shen injection.更多还原
