【摘要】 运用不同种类和浓度的植物激素及有机附加物,处理由当归根产生的愈伤组织,诱导生成胚性愈伤组织。植物激素对胚性愈伤组织的诱导和对胚状体发生过程有明显的促进作用。胚状体经过球形、心形、鱼雷形及子叶形诸阶段而发育成小植株。胚状体既能在愈伤组织内部产生,也可以在其表面生成,并在发育过程中仍然与其产生的愈伤组织基础保持联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The common calluses derived from roots of Angelica sinensis were treated with phytohormones and different kinds of organic adjuvants with various concentrations to induce embryogenie callus. The phytohormones obviously affected embryogenie callus induction and the process of globular, heartshaped, torpedo and cotyledon stages. They could emerge from both inside and surface of calluses. In the developmental process, the embryoid still kept in contact with the base of callus from which it arose.更多还原
