【Abstract】 Simple and sensitive chromosome damage indices including induction of chromosomal aberrations in germ cells of testis and sperm abnormalities in mice were used to study the mutagenicity of sodium fluoride.The results showed that no significant mutation production was found at lower exposure level (1.4mg/kg),while significant damage in male germ cells and interference of spermatogenesis were observed in mice exposed to higher doses (7.0,28.0mg/kg).更多还原
