小地老虎的含脂率与各地虫源性质的分析
ANALYSIS OF THE MIGRATORY PATTERN OF THE BLACK CUTWORM MOTH (AGROTIS YPSILON ROTT.) BASED ON THE GRADIENT OF THE BODY LIPOID CONTENTS FROM DIFFERENT LOCALITIES
【摘要】 小地老虎(Agrotis ypsilon Rott.)在我国从越冬代开始,自南向北迁飞。通过雄蛾体内脂肪含量的测定,发现进入发蛾高峰时,广东曲江迁出地区的雄蛾的含脂率大于30%;华北迁入地区的雄蛾含脂率为10—20%,其中有一部分过境蛾继续向北扩散,到达内蒙古自治区呼和浩特一带定居时,含脂率下降到5%左右。第一代发蛾期,从江南到华北很多地区的雄蛾含脂率都大于20%,除本地的迁出型虫源以外,大部分属过境型,形成覆瓦式迁飞扩散型式。
【Abstract】 The black cutworm moths(Agrotis ypsilon Rott.) of the overwintergeneration usually began to take mass migration in early spring from the southern localities to northern parts of China every year. Based on the lipoid content determinations of male moths collected from various locations in different Provinces, it was found that there existed a significant gradient in the percentages of lipoid contents(based on the unit dry body weight).During the emerging peak of moths in emigrating areas in Qujiang(N. Lat. 24°, Guangdong Province), the lipoid contents of male moths were greater than 30%(maximum, 45%), while those migrated to immigrate-areas of North China(N. Lat. 32°),they were decreased to 10-20%, and part of migrating moths continued to disperse northward and finally arrived Huhhot(N. Lat. 41°, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).When they settled down in these localities, the percentages of lipoid contents dropped to 5% or nearly so.During the emerging periods of the first generation, the male moths collected from the localities south of the Yangtze River and in North China, most of them contained high lipoids, the percentages of lipoid contents usually greater than 20%. Among these moths, besides the emigrating forms in these original locations, all were transitionary types ready to migrate northward. Therefore, after the overwintergeneration, the moth-migration-pattern was in a overlapping type.
