【Abstract】 Determination of AT-f immunological amount and coagulate activities was made in 127 patients, 24 donor serum as control.The result shows there is a decrease in AT-1 immunological ammount in patients with cirrhosis (P<0.001), chronic glomer-ulonephritis uremia (P<0.01)?nephrontic syndrone (P<0.05). acute myocadial infaction (P<0.01)f and intracerebral hemorrhage(P<0.01).There is a decrease in AT-1 coagulat activitis in patients with nephrontic jsyndr-one(P<0.05). but in patients with cerebral infaction AT-1 coagulat activitis is increase.These result suggest that the detemination of AT-1 is useful to the determination Of hypercoagulation state and thrombosis disorders.更多还原
