【摘要】 云门山泡茶（简称云茶）是3种中草药按3:1:0.5比例混合配成。其药理作用如下: 1.Wistar大鼠给3g/kg云茶IP有中等度降压作用。但对心率和呼吸无影响。 2.云茶对正常鼠甘油三酯有非常显著的降脂作用,但对高脂血症鼠的甘油三酯及胆固醇无明显影响。 3.云茶有提高小鼠缺氧耐力的作用。 4.连续喂服30天,剂量为2.5～5g/kg的云茶对血常规、肝肾功能和主要脏器均无损害。 5.小鼠灌服特大剂量（相当100g生药/kg）亦无死亡。腹腔注射云茶水煎剂LD₅₀为12g/kg（95％可信限为10.41～13.84g/kg）。 实验表明,云茶对高血压和冠心病者是一种安全有效的保健饮料。更多还原

【Abstract】 We has studied the pharmacological effects of Yun-men-shan Tea (Yun Tea) which was of a mixture of three herbs-in the ratio of 2:1:0.5. The results are following:1. Yun Tea had a moderate hypotensive effect in the wistar rats, but no any effect on the heart rate and respiratory rate in dose of 3g/kg, Ip.2. Yun Tea decreases the serum triglyceride level in normal rats, but not in hyper -lipidemic rats.3. Yun Tea increases the ability to tolerate anoxia in mice.4. There are no any domaged effects on the blood cells and major organs including heart, liver, kidneys, ova and testes, etc. After given 2.5-5g/kg daily for thirty days.5. The tolerant dose for mice is more 100g/kg (P. O), the LDso in mice is 12g/kg ip(95% 10.41-13.84g/kg).It seems that Yun Tea is an efficacy and safe tea for the patients with hypertension and coronary disease.更多还原
