【摘要】 本文通过对1500个受检者的心尖搏动图收缩波的分析,指出该波形态可分为六种类型,各类波形分别与一定的心功能等级相对应。从而认为,依据心尖搏动图收缩波的形态特征,来评判左心功能,是简便而行之有效的方法。 文章还分析了各类收缩波的频谱,进而讨论频谱中各主要谐波与心脏功能的关系,并简述频谱分析法在心功能图学中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>This article points out that the forms of systolic wave complex can be di-veded into six kinds through analyzing wave forms of systolic wave complexin 1500 patients, each of them corresponding with certain degree of heart fun-ction. So it may be a simple and effective method to evaluate the functionof left heart according to the characteristics of systolic wave complex.The frequency spectra of each kind of systolic wave complex was analyzedand relation between frequency spectra and heart function discussed, aswell as clinical use of analysis of frequency spectra in ACG.更多还原
