昆虫人工卵制卵机的研究
A MACHINE FOR MAKING ENCAPSULATED DIET’FOR REARING Chrysopa spp.
【摘要】 本文报道一种结构比较简单的昆虫人工卵制卵机,设计原理与同类其它制卵机不同。用本机制卵,成卵率平均为86%,卵粒外径约564微米,卵壳厚度约17微米。每小时可制人工卵2公斤。用切片石蜡为卵外壳、蛋白质水解物等为内含物制成的人工卵,饲养中华草蛉和大草蛉,成茧率可达97%,与用米蛾卵饲养的结果无明显差异。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a machine devslopped for making encapsulated diet for mass rearing the lacewings, Chrysopa. spp.. Differ-ring in design with other machines of the same category, this new machine has an incomplicated structure. It can produce 2 kg of eggs. per hour, the eggs being cs. 564 u in diameter with the shells ea. 17 u thick. The rais of effective eggs made by the machine in the trials was averaged 86%. The eggs have a paraffin shell and are composed of mainly hydrolytic protein. Experiments of rsaring Chrysopa sinica and C._ aeptempunctata with the egga produced by the machine resulted in 97% of cocooning rate, which is not significantly different from that reared with egga of Corcyra cephalonica.
