格氏线虫侵染日本血吸虫中间寄主钉螺的初步试验
LABORATORY STUDIES ON THE INFECTIVITY OP NEMATODB,STEIHERNEMA GLASERI,TO ONCOMELANIA HUPENSIS,A SNAIL INTERMEDIATE HOST OF BLOOD FLAKE,SCHISTQSQMA JAPOHICUM
【摘要】 钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间寄主。室内试验:Steinernema glaseri(格氏线虫),S.feltiae,S.bibionis,Heterorhabditis heliothidis和H.heliothidis T327五种线虫均能侵染和杀死钉螺。对格氏线虫作了进一步研究,每平方厘米土面用格氏线虫300、200和100条,钉螺死亡率分别为97.5%、92%和47%,死亡率与格氏线虫用量成正比。线虫能在螺体大量增殖,死螺体内的线虫,一周繁殖总数,可增长14.5~68.9%。线虫繁殖力强,对人畜安全,可能是一条有希望的生物防治钉螺的新途径。
【Abstract】 Infection tests of nematodea to O. hupensis. the only intermediate hoat of blood flake, S. japonicum. were conducted in the laboratory in 1985. The resulta ahowed that the snail could be killed by five apeciea of nematodea, Steinernems glaseri. S, feltiae. S. bibionis. Heterorhabditis heliothia. and H. heliothis T327. Mortality of the anail was found to be positively correlated with inoculation dosagea of S. qlaaeri. When Infective Juvenile S. qlaaeri waa inoculated at doaages of 300, 200, and 100 per cm2 on the soil surface in the pota infestsd with the anail, the mortality of O. hupensis waa 97.5%, 92.0% and 47%, respectively. Number of the nematode in the infested hosts was found to be increaaad by 14.5-68.9% a week after the inoculation, indicating the ability of the nematode to aelf-propergate on the host. S. glaseri has been proved to be aafe to human and domeatic animala. Theae charactoristics, together with techniques of masa rearing the nematode on artificial medis, merit the nematode a potential biological control agent of O. hupenais.
