玉米螟白僵菌147号和9号菌株防治玉米螟田间试验

【摘要】 1984年,利用玉米螟白僵菌菌株147号(法国菌株)和9号(中国菌株)制成颗粒剂,在吉林省白城进行防治玉米螟的田间试验。施用一次,使用孢子量6×1013/公顷,对防治1~2两代玉米螟的效果,依次降低虫量为96.62—95.2%和84.28~75.55%,提高田间僵虫率依次为72.77~83.6%和29.21~50.70%。147号菌株防治第一代王米螟效果高于9号菌株,可能是残效期较短,不适应异地气候条件之故。两个菌株混合使用增效不明显。

【Abstract】 Field experiments were conducted using strains 147 (French strain) and 9 (Chinese strain) of Beau-veria bassiana to control Asiatic corn borer (Ostrinia furnacalis) in Jilin in 1984. A granular preparation was applied once at a dose of 6×1013 spores/hectare. Populations of the 1st and 2nd generation of corn borer larvae decreased95.27-96.62% and 75.55-84.28%, respectively. An increase of 72.77-83.60% and 29.21-50.7% of infected larvae was found for the two generations respectively. It was found that the effectiveness of strain 147 was better than strain 9 for controlling corn borer larvae of 1st generation, but poorer for 2nd generation. The difference might be due to a shorter residual period of 147. No synergetic effect was found when the two granular preparations were used together.
