【Abstract】 In this article, a simplified technique of scoring system is presented. This scoring system adopts four parameters in the evaluation of the biopsy:the diameter of the tubules, the thickness of the peritublar membrane, the population of cells within the tubules, and the sparmatogemic maturation degree. 25 seminiferous tubules are analyzed in each specimen, the sum of the scoring of these four parameters is the final score of the specimen, the technique provides a method that can evaluate both the state of spermatogenesis of testis and the testicular reproductive pathology. In our opinion, the scoring system can be helps im the diagnosis of the testicular pathology and prognosis of treatment. The results of this simplifies scoring technique, as compared with Makler’s technique, shows only minor differences between them. But improved technique proves to be much easier, simpler and more time-saving thus of value in practical application更多还原
