【摘要】 两种利凡诺(40mg/kg)制剂(“水剂”和“合剂”)雌兔腹腔注射,72h后的SGPT和BUN与用药前比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05);肝肾组织亦无明显病理改变。腹腔内大剂量利凡诺并不明显引起肝肾功能和形态损害。如利凡诺“合剂”用于宫腔内抗早孕时,即使利凡诺完全进入腹腔内也还是安全的更多还原

【Abstract】 Both rivanol solution and the mixture of rivanol, glycerol, and propylene glycol were injected into the peritoneal cavities of the female rabbits. There were not significant difference on SGPT and BuN in the rabbits before and after given both rivanol preparations (40mg/kg). The livers and kidneies didn’t occur significantly pathological change than control. Rivanol intraperitoneal injection may not impair the liver and kidney. When intrauterine rivanol used for termination of early pregnancy enters peritoneal cavity, it may not impair the liver and kidney. The termination of early pregnancy with mixture of rivanol, glycerol,and propylene glycol is safe更多还原
