冬小麦氮磷营养的综合诊断

【摘要】 <正> 在冬小麦生长发育过程中需施用氮磷化肥以平衡其营养,一般通过肥料试验和试验网来逐步解决合理有效用量问题,本研究则结合各项试验,采用植物化学分析方法来揭示植物氮磷营养水平的适宜性和施肥效果,同时提出氮磷营养综合诊断方法,这对指导当季追肥和下季施肥方案的合理制定有重要参考意义。

【Abstract】 In this study comprehensive diagnoses of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients for winter wheat plant are discussed. The methods of diagnosis was mainly carried out by plant chemical analysis. Where the chemical analyses of plant were combined with the field plot fertilizer trials and pot experiments and analyzed systematically at several stages of plant growth. Results showed that the levels of total-N and total-Pand unassimilated nitrogen (NO3-N) were of the major importance in the comprehesive diagnoses. The levels of water soluble-P and alcoholic soluble-P plus acidic soluble-p were of an important reference. The levels of protein-N and nonprotein-N and activity of nitrate reductase, as well as the levels RNA and DNA in the organic phosphorus compound were for a good estimable value to interpret the physiological function of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient metabolism. In addition, holding the ratio of total-N to total-P(N/P) at a range of 8 to 10:1 in the period of erect growth-elongation stage of plant was an optimum value.
