【摘要】 采用杂种狗作自体腘淋巴结移植的实验研究:8只为吻合血管的移植,另8只不吻合血管作为对照。采用血管通畅试验、直接淋巴管造影、活性染料注射及组织学检查等方法对移植的淋巴结进行观察。结果吻合血管的淋巴结有7例成活,不吻合血管的淋巴结无一例成活。移植成活的淋巴结具有正常的组织结构和引流淋巴液的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Autotransplantation of popliteal lymph node was studied experimentally in mon-grel dogs.8 lymph nodes were transplanted with vascular anastomoses,another8 without revascularization as control.Vascular-patency test,direct lymphangio-graphy,vital dye injection and histologic examination were performed postoperati-vely.It was illustrated that 7 transplanted lymph nodes with vascular anastomosessurvived and none of the 8 nodes without revascularization was viable.The survi-ving lymph nodes had normal structure and possessed function of draining lymphfluid.更多还原
